Connor Johnson
Connor is a rambling theatermaker interested in bringing the outdoors onstage. Connor’s plays The Quiet Rule and 7 Foot Unlit Brighton Cashmere Artificial Tree were each selected for the Theatre Master’s Take Ten Festival in New York City, with both plays being subsequently published through Samuel French Inc. He recently collaborated with Leigh Fondakowski and Moises Kaufman of Tectonic Theatre Project on Bookends, the story of a beloved Ozarkian bookshop,at the Arkansas New Play Festival at TheatreSquared. Connor is a co-founder of Footpath Theatre Company, a scrappy band of dramatical goofballs. With Footpath he has written, developed, produced, and performed award-winning, critically acclaimed theatre around the country and world, including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
